Bird Dogs needed, Property finders wanted!

Since the economy has hit so many people, we need to help as many of you as we can.   By being a “bird dog” and bringing us potential deals you earn a finder’s fee.  And, yes we work with agents too!  Our buyers network is looking for fixers or properties in good condtion.  They are looking for single family homes 60 to 70 cents on the dollar to make the deal fly. We are now looking in LA and Orange Counties mostly; some of our investors will go to Riverside or San Bernardino Counties.
